WRN has opportunities for sponsorship at each monthly luncheon and other special events throughout the year, including our newly updated Sponsorship Packages for 2012. Luncheon-Only Sponsorships Still Available
While attending a monthly Luncheon, you may have noticed banners and announcements for select businesses and wondered how that business became the focus of the event. The answer is that they became a Luncheon Sponsor of the Women's Referral Network.
Luncheon sponsors receive a number of benefits. All WRN press releases and Constant Contact eBlasts for the event have the Luncheon Sponsor’s information contained in them. This helps Sponsors reach outside of the WRN to bring public attention to their products and services.
WRN also places the Sponsor's logo on the WRN website, linking visitors directly to the Premier Sponsor's website.
At the monthly Luncheon, the Sponsor may place literature at each person's place setting. The WRN also provides a six-foot display table by the front entrance of the Luncheon so the Sponsor may display literature and give-aways.
If the Sponsor has a banner or similar signage, those promotional pieces are hung in the front of the room to highlight her contribution to the luncheon. This banner provides a nice back drop as the Sponsor delivers a 5 minute presentation from the podium highlighting her company's products and services. This monthly Luncheon becomes a mini business expo where the Sponsor is the only spotlighted business. Don't forget! Your sponsorship includes your lunch and one for a guest is free!
As an added benefit, Luncheon Sponsors have free use of the projector during the pre-lunch networking time. Lunch Sponsors may use the projector to display a slideshow of pictures promoting their products and services. The Sponsor also may bring a door prize to raffle off as a way to collect business cards from the attendees.
