How do you get your name in front of hundreds of businesses in your target market?

How does it work?   WRN has opportunities for sponsorship at each monthly luncheon and other special events throughout the year.


Become one of WRN’s Premier Sponsors and you will get bang for your buck!
While attending a monthly luncheon you may have noticed banners and announcements for select businesses and wondered how that business became the focus of the spotlight. The answer is that they became a Premier Sponsor of the Women’s Referral Network.

The sponsoring business receives a half page advertisement in the WRN newsletter the month that they sponsor the event, letting members know who they are and what services and products they offer.

All WRN press releases for the event have the Premium Sponsor’s information contained in them. This helps the Sponsor reach outside of WRN to get public attention to their business' product and services.

WRN also places the Sponsor’s logo on the WRN website, linking visitors directly to the Premier Sponsor’s website.

At the monthly luncheon the Premier Sponsor has the ability to place literature at each person’s place setting for the average 150 attendees per luncheon. WRN also provides an eight foot display table right by the front entrance of the luncheon for the Sponsor to display literature and give-aways.

A banner is hung in the front of the room with the Sponsor’s business information to help highlight their contribution to the luncheon. This banner is a nice back drop as the Sponsor delivers a "30-second commercial" from the podium. This monthly luncheon becomes a mini business expo where the Sponsor is the only spotlighted business. Don’t forget! The month that you are the Premier Sponsor, your lunch and one for a guest is free!

Six months after your company participates as a Premier WRN Sponsor you receive a second half page ad in the monthly newsletter. The rewards of Sponsorship never end!

Dear Ann,

I want to thank WRN for allowing Wellington Square Curiosities to sponsor the December luncheon, both because I appreciate the chance to let people know about our shop, and because it reminded me of how many outstanding women I have met as a result of my membership. I have been so busy with the shop that I don't take enough time to attend WRN events, but each time that I do, I am rewarded by new friendships.

We have just completed our first year of business, and I have found that the very best marketing dollar that I spent was not in print ads, but in participating in events like the WRN expo at ACAC, and as a luncheon sponsor. I look forward to membership and participation in WRN in 2007.

"We would like to thank the WRN for the sponsorship opportunities that is extended to its members. We sponsored the January 2006 luncheon and found that it was a great way to raise awareness of our offering as a collision repair provider. Months afterwards we have had people say to us “you were the ones…. ”. The opportunity to sponsor a luncheon certainly has left a lasting impression with the members.

In a business where the need for our services comes only after a loss or unfortunate happenstance, it is difficult to measure the value in dollars and cents. However, we did receive several jobs as a direct result of our sponsorship. Though the true net gain from the sponsorship cannot be measured, we are certain we will continue to see not only WRN members but their friends and families. Someday, a WRN member will have need for a collision repair facility that they can trust, and they will think back to that luncheon in January and give us a call."
